Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.

• Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.

• Items must be free of perfumes, colognes, smoke, deodorant, or any other odors.

• Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage will not be accepted.

  
  

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

  
  

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection.

• Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment.

Most of our products are made to order. Please allow 2–4 weeks from the date of purchase for delivery.

Delivery times may vary depending on product type, order volume, and shipping location.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.
